Eat more fruits and vegetables: Eat more fruits and vegetables because they contain lots of vitamins, minerals and fiber. As much as possible you should consume vitamins and minerals through your daily diet.
Wholegrain and fiber: Try to intake wholegrain and fiber. Wholegrain are an important source of dietary fiber and also have specific health benefits. Eat a wholegrain cereal, pasta, noodles or bread as part of everyday meal.
Cut down on processed food: Processed foods are not good because most nutritional value is lost in the making of these foods and the added preservatives are harmful for our health so we should cut down processed food. Many processed foods contain high amount of salt or sugar content, which leads to higher blood pressure, higher blood sugar and heart disease.
Reduce salt and sugar intake: A high intake of salt and sugar can result in high blood pressure and sugar. It increases the risk of cardiovascular disease. When shopping, we should choose products with lower sodium and sugar content. When cocking they can be reduced.

03: Drink Plenty of Fluids
Adults need to drink at least 1.5 litres of fluid a day or more if it is very hot or they are physically active because dehydration can make them feel tired. Most of us don’t drink enough water in a day. Water is very important for our body to function. 60% or above of our body is made up of water. Water is necessary to carry out body functions, remove waste, and carry oxygen around the body. Drinking of water help us to lose weight.
The amount of water we need is depends on various factors such as humidity, physical activity, body functions and body weight.
Don’t drink alcohol: Alcohol is diuretic, which means it drains water from your body and brings more urine. Not only that, but alcohol is often proven to have negative effects on our body and health. Alcohol puts bad impacts on the function of our brain, liver, lungs, and other major organs.
Cut down soda and sugary drinks: Avoid sodas and sugary drinks because they make some people hungrier and more food consumption. Unfortunately sugary drinks are sold everywhere in the form of soda and sweet fruit drinks. These drinks are unhealthy and cause weight gain and many other health issues. Go for plain water, green tea or fresh juices instead.
Bring a water bottle with you when go out. That way, you can drink whenever you need.
04: Get Enough Sleep
Distress sleep increases appetite and body weight, and decreases brain functions. Lack of sleep causes premature aging also. So proper sleep helps boost your energy, maintenances weight and ability to think and concentrate.
If have sleep deprivation, try relaxation techniques such as meditation and yoga. Or eat a small bedtime snack of foods like whole grain cereal with milk, oatmeal or chamomile tea, helps the body and mind to shift into sleep mode.
When you don’t take rest well, usually you eat more junk food. Get enough sleep and you don’t need to snacks to stay awake.
05: Be Positive and Love Yourself

Your body believes what you think, so focus on the positive thinking.When you have a negative self-image, it naturally considers your mental outlook and health down.
Remove negative people from your life: Positive mental health is crucial part of life. You don’t need venomous people in your life, so let them go.
Remove negativity from yourself: Get rid of your negative thoughts, you don’t need negativity from yourself either. When you feel frustrated, listen to the thoughts that come up, write down on a paper and dump them.
Keep good company: The healthier people are those who have company with other healthy people. You can do all the right things if you have personal relationships with good people. Get your family and friends involved with you when you plan a trip or outdoor meal.
